Offers products for sale on and its e-commerce business services are available exclusively to its end users, i.e. the "Consumers". These Conditions of Sale exclusively regulate the offer, transmission and acceptance of purchase orders relating to products on between users of and the Seller.

An order shall be deemed submitted when the Seller receives your order form electronically and the order information has been verified as correct. Before submitting your order form for the purchase of products, you will be asked to carefully read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, to print a copy using the print option and to save or reproduce a copy thereof for your own personal use.

The order form will be filed in our data base for the time required to process your order and as provided by law. You shall access to your order form referring to the section "My order". Before submitting the order form, you will be asked to identify and correct possible input errors. The submission of orders to YouSporty must be in Italian. After your order form has been submitted, YouSporty will process your order.

The Seller may not process purchases when there are not sufficient guarantees of solvency, when orders are incomplete or incorrect, or the products are no longer available. In the above cases, we shall inform you by e-mail that the contract has not been executed and that the Seller has not carried out your purchase order specifying the reasons thereof. If the products displayed on are no longer available at the time of your last access or once has received your order form, the Seller shall inform you of the unavailability of the ordered products within 10 days from the day after YouSporty has received your order.

If the order form has been sent and the price has been paid for items that are no longer available, YouSporty will refund the amount paid for those items. By submitting an order form to, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale in your contract with the Seller. Contract warranty and products prices indication

On , we offer for sale branded and top-quality products. These products are made or purchased by the Seller directly from manufacturers and dealers, carefully selected for their stringent quality control. The Seller does not sell second-hand products, flawed products or products of lower quality than the corresponding market standards.

The main characteristics of products are shown on on each product page. The products offered for sale on may not exactly correspond to the real garments in terms of image and colours due to the Internet browser or monitor used. Prices are subject to change and will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error.

Check the final price of sale before sending the relevant order form. The Seller, in case of using your Right to return, has the right not to accept the return of products which are lacking labels or have been altered in their essential characteristics and qualities or have been damaged.


To pay the price of products and shipping costs you can follow one of the methods specified in the order form. When paying by credit card, financial information (for example, the number of credit / debit or its expiration date) will be sent by encrypted protocol to the selected payment method providing its electronic distant payments services, without third subject  having  access .


Vouchers are specific codes, also called Coupons, created to have discounts on purchased on Once the items have been added to your basket, add the Coupon in the section "Discount and Promotions" then click 'Add'. Vouchers will automatically apply to the items included in the promotion used only.

Limit to the use of vouchers: they can be used only one time; vouchers cannot be exchange for cash; it is not possible to use more than one voucher per order; the value of the ordered items has to be at least 1 euro higher than the voucher.

It cannot be applied to items included in the Outlet section. If for some reasons you are not satisfied with your order, you can return the item where the voucher has been applied by following the standard returning procedure that you can check on the Return Policy. Once your return has been accepted, the related code will be reactivated on its original value. The amount of difference spent for your purchase will be credited according to the terms previously set for the normal procedure of return.

EASY RETURN”: our carrier will be in charge of the returned goods in the day and at the address you indicated. You will be therefore free from any obligation in case of loss or damage during the carriage. The cost of service may change according the Country and city of withdrawal, please check all the concerning details in the Shipping section, and will be withheld from the products value. Once the product has been received, the Seller will check the status of merchandise. Once the return is accepted, a credit a valid 3 years that will be available at the section Sportycash in your account. When you will place a new order your credit will be automatically used for partial or total payment (up to the amount available lasts). The credit might be used to change size or purchase new items.

CARRIAGE FORWARD”: you will be in charge of the shipping, using a carrier you choose. Any responsibility in case of loss or damage during the transport will be considered your responsibility.

Once the Seller receives the products, the status of goods will be verified. If the return will be accepted you will be able to choose between a Paypal refund or a money transfer into your bank account, or a credit for new purchased in our website. We kindly ask you to specify in the email of return request if you prefer to receive a refund or a credit. In both cases the refund value will be equal to the item purchased. Any optional service and shipping costs will not be refunded (fast delivery, additional shipping costs).

We remind you that once activated, your credit SportyCash cannot be refunded. The right of withdrawal (beside when in compliance with the terms above mentioned) is correctly used when in respect of what follows: Customers send a request to the Seller by email within 14 (fourteen) from receiving the goods; Items don’t have to be used, washed or damaged;

Products must be returned in their original pack (which must be sealed; if you are returning a kit, you must return all the including items). In lack of such requirement the product will be considered as 'used' and therefore will be returned to the sender deducting shipping costs or a 30% to 60% of the purchase value will be kept according to the product returned status. In detail it is important to underline the returning rules as follows. 

Shoes: They shall be returned new, never used nor worn, and must not show any signs of wear. The product shall be returned intact with all labels and security seals not removed, included in its original bag. The original bag is considered part of the whole product then it must be returned intact, with no signs, written or anything that might compromise its new sale.Warning! Shoes must be tried on a clean surface, products returned with dirty outsole will be refused. .

Clothing: An item of clothing has to be returned with the original bag and all labels included. The detachment of labels might be intended to be used and it will cause the loss the right of refund. The item must be returned, in any case, new and never used or washed and especially without signs, spots or wrenches.

Accessories: Accessories must be returned with the whole intact packaging. Products in blister packs must be intact, not open and completed with all the including elements, such as accessories, cables, manuals and spare parts.

Products returned must be sent to the Seller in one shipping only. The Seller in fact has the right to refuse items in one same order which have been returned and sent in different moments; Products returned must be sent to the carrier within thirteen (13) working days beginning from the receiving of the goods. If the Right of Withdrawal has been used following the terms previously indicated, the Seller will proceed with the refund according the terms and conditions described in paragraph 1, 2 and 3.

Whatever form of payment you used, the refund procedure will start within 30 days from when the Seller was informed of your decision to exercise your right to return the purchased products and once the Seller has checked that the return was carried out in compliance with the above conditions. If the receiver of the goods indicated on the order form does not correspond to the person who made the payment of the amounts due for their purchase, the refund of the money, in the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, will be paid by the Seller to the person who made the payment. In case you find out any manufacturing defect the buyer must notify about the problem encountered (possibly by sending some photos too) and requiring the return of product according the procedure described in paragraph 2 and 3. Then, will provide to forward the goods to the producer, whom, prior examination, will express its opinion. After such report, in case the defect has been found will provide to refund the buyer according what described in paragraph 3.

If the product is not included in the terms of warranty we will provide to return the product to the buyer charging the shipping. If the methods and the terms for carrying out your right of withdrawal have not been complied with, as specified in this paragraph, you will have no right to a refund of any sums already paid to the Seller or to the issue of the credit note requested;nevertheless you may request, at your cost, the return of the goods in the state in which they were returned to the Seller. Otherwise the Seller may keep the goods, in addition to the amounts already paid for their purchase.


If you wish, instead of being refunded in your credit card or your bank account, at the moment of your request of withdrawal, you can select to be refunded with a 'SportyCash' credit equal to the value of the returned product. The amount refunded will be credited when your return is accepted by the seller and at the same you will receive a confirmation email stating your credit value.

All SportyCash credits may be used to purchase in our website YouSporty, both partially or entirely, according the value of your order and up to the value lasts. You can check the value of your SportyCash credit anytime by consulting your MySporty.

For orders that have been entirely paid using SportyCash, in case of annulment and return, the refund will automatically occur on your SportyCash credit. Orders that have been partially paid using SportyCash, in case of annulment of return you can choose whether to:  Receive the whole refund through SportyCash; Receive part of the refund through SportyCash for the amount paid using SportyCash, and according the standard refund terms for the remaining amount. After using your SportyCash, both partially or entirely, you can check the section MySporty to be updated on the remaining value of you SportyCash or the refund. Limitations to the use of SportyCash: only our customers registered in MySporty may choose to receive the refund through our SportyCash, and always according the product returned and paid. Furthermore, SportyCash cannot be used together with coupons. Once activated, SportyCash credit cannot be refunded and will remain active on the customer’s account for 3 years.


YouSporty reserves the right to cancel confirmed orders in the following cases: Technical errors occurred during the conclusion of the order Items with wrong prices Items ordered are not available Anomalies in the order or possible counterfeit purchases, after our security systems controlled Underage purchases If your order has been cancelled due to the above mentioned reasons, YouSporty will refund, if provided, the value of the order withholding the procedure expenses when the seller is not responsible (1,00 €for payments made with Credit Card/Paypal, 2,00 €for payments through bank transfer). In case of stock and failure to collect orders already sent, part of the shipping costs, stock and cancellation of the order will be requested. Such amount will be calculated according the carrier used and destination.
