Shipping in Italy is express and it requires a 4,00€ shipping costs contribution for each order.
Shipping to the following European countries is express and it requires a 8,00 € shipping costs contribution for each order.
Transport on the European territory is entrusted to Bartolini courier and the delivery will be done by DPD courier according to the following times:
Austria, Principality of Monaco, Germany and France - delivery in 2/3 working days
Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Hungary, Belgium, Czech Rep., Spain - delivery in 3/4 working days
Lithuania, Latvia, Portugal, Sweden, Ireland, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland - delivery in 4/5 working days
Romania - delivery in 5/6 working days
Bulgaria - delivery in 6/7 working days
Greece - delivery in 7/8 working days
The above mentioned times are approximate and may change during festivities and/or according to the destination to reach. In any case YouSporty is not responsible for any delay due to the carrier.

RETURNS
You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with us, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, or request a change of size/product within 14 working days, starting from the day of receipt of the purchased products.
To cancel the contract, write an e-mail to returns@yousporty.com, specifying your choice between a refund or a SportyCash credit.
By choosing SportyCash credit you can take advantage of the EASY RETURN option: the cost of the service of € 11,00 will be deducted from the value of your credit and the collection will be made by our forwarder on the date and address indicated by you. This way you will not have to worry about lost or damaged products during transport.
For the following countries, easy returns cost € 11,00: Austria, Monaco, Germany and France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Hungary, Belgium , Czech Rep., Spain, Lithuania, Latvia, Portugal, Sweden, Ireland, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Bulgaria.
We remind you that the service is not available for Romania, Corsica, Madeira, Azores, Greece.
The SportyCash credit will have the same value as the amounts of the items you want to change or return (from your credit will be withheld for the costs of the EASY RETURN service) and will remain at your disposal to make a new purchase on our e-shop up to 3 years. If you choose to be refund, you will have to opt for the SHIPPING AT YOUR CHARGE, organizing the return shipment with a carrier of your choice. Any responsibility in case of loss or damage to the products during transport is to be considered in your case in this case.
